Great topic. There's so much amazing free content in Podcasts out there. Just has to be discovered.

Huge fan of the Entrepreneur Thought Leader series by Stanfaod business school.

I also listen to the a16z podcast which is the Andreesen Horrowitz podcast who are one of the more progressive VC funds in the valley.

that's a fantastic interview. really inspiring.
"How do you face down cancer? Get told you can’t get life-saving organ transplants, and go about getting them anyway? And in the middle of that mental and physical storm, how do you find the thing that you and only you were meant to do — and start building it? One person with answers is Jim Gilliam, the founder and CEO of NationBuilder, because that is what he had to do … all of it. It’s given Gilliam a clear philosophy on life, and on being a leader. And what he’s learned along the way, he says, is something everyone can tap into."

These don't really fall into the business category but I've got a few recommendations

Joe Rogan's podcast for the entertainment value. http://podcasts.joerogan.net/
Hardcore History by Dan Carlin. He's really good at sucking you into the stories of some of the great people who came before us. http://www.dancarlin.com/hardcore-history-series/
RadioLab is great for learning more about the world in general. http://www.radiolab.org/

I'm a big fanboy of Tim Ferris but I didn't realize he had a podcast. Will definitely have to check it out!

Not every interview is good but some are amazing - you get some really good nuggets of information or learning.

Some good ones, some bad ones and some that show what is possible. Ie. this one reminded me of some of the people in here doing golf stuff: Direct to consumer private label golf clubs, bootstrapped and doing really well. Anything is possible, but I would not have bet on this....
